Preparation by client for Housewashing
Although we do not use high pressure to clean your homes façade, it is possible that small amounts of water or cleaning solution can get under doorways and through gaps in window frames and has the potential to damage furnishings and the like. Fortunately this happens very rarely and is easily prevented by clients only having to take the following precautions;

- Pack any gaps under doorways, and on window cills or ledges with some old rags, that way they will absorb any water leaks. It is also advisable to move furnisher, clothing and curtains/blinds away from window cills, as best as possible.
- Cover or remove any non-waterproof items on balconies or patios.
- Remove all clothes from washing lines. This includes lines that are under balconies.
- If you have any fuse boxes in a location not easily viewable ,i.e. under balconies or decks, please ensure these are properly sealed and notify us of their location.
- Cars parked preferable off site for duration of the clean.
Although in general we can achieve a huge improvement in the appearance of your property ,it remains that certain stains, blemishes and scuffmarks may remain after cleaning. Note also that old aluminium cladding does oxidise from aging and often leaves permanent discoloration underneath overhangs and eaves Nonetheless our Softwash dramatically improves the exterior appearance.For more pictures go to our work gallery
